Researchers have designed a new healthcare experience survey for kidney transplantation. This new survey asks about the experience of being in hospital having a kidney transplant.
They are looking for patients to help test the survey. If you are aged over 18 and have received a kidney transplant in the UK in the last 12 months, you can help by filling in the survey online. Your answers will be completely anonymised.
