The INTEGRITY Project: Consultation on the draft guidelines

The INTEGRITY Project, led by the European Society of Organ Transplantation (ESOT) in partnership with the International Society for Organ Donation Professionals (ISODP) and the Transplantation Society, (TTS), aims to develop international guidelines to ethically guide the design, implementation, and evaluation of research involving deceased donation and transplantation activities.

A survey is being conducted as part of a global consultation in which they are seeking feedback on a draft version of the guidelines. The feedback you provide will be used to revise the draft and to guide future work on the INTEGRITY Project.

There are no restrictions on participation, however they especially welcome feedback from the family members of deceased donors, recipients of transplants from deceased donors, health professionals who work in deceased donation or transplantation, eye, organ, and tissue banking organizations, researchers whose work involves use of organs, cells, or tissues from deceased donors, members of research ethics committees, and anyone with an interest in the ethical governance of research.

The draft guidelines and the feedback questionnaire are currently available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Japanese will be available shortly. Select your preferred language from the top right menu when you access the consultation survey.
